Civils Site Supervisor – Groundworks / Infrastructure
Location: Norfolk (Swaffham area)

Civils Site Supervisor required for a long-term infrastructure project based in the Norfolk area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure 12+ months work on a busy electrical substation project, overseeing a range of civils and groundworks packages.

This role will suit an experienced Civils Supervisor / Groundworks Supervisor who is confident managing gangs on site while remaining hands-on when required.

Duties will include:

• Supervising civils and groundworks teams on site
  
• Overseeing trenching, trench boxes, duct laying and kerbing works
  
• Ensuring H&S standards are met at all times
  
• Daily coordination of site activities and progress reporting
  
• Checking plant and equipment
  
• Supporting with manual handling and general site duties when required
  

  Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card
    
  • SSSTS (essential)
    
  • Strong background in civils / groundworks supervision
    
  • Experience on infrastructure or utilities projects (highly desirable)
    
  • Additional tickets (plant, dumper, excavator etc.) advantageous
    
  • Ability to lead from the front and support site teams
    

    Working Hours:
    07:15am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
