We are seeking a skilled IT Test Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality IT systems and services across the organisation.​

In this role, you will work closely with the IT Test Manager, project teams, and key stakeholders to ensure all solutions meet defined business, functional, and client requirements. You will play a crucial part in verifying quality, reliability, and performance throughout the testing lifecycle.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can design and execute structured testing, identify and manage defects, and contribute to continuous improvement across testing practices.​

This position is well-suited to a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and proven experience in software testing within structured delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret business, functional, and technical requirements to understand acceptance criteria.

Design, prepare, and execute test cases and scripts across functional, regression, and integration testing.

Identify, log, track, and retest defects, working alongside developers to confirm fixes.

Support the setup, validation, and maintenance of test environments and test data.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive test documentation.

Provide regular reporting and progress updates to project teams and stakeholders.

Collaborate effectively with project teams to support smooth delivery of testing activities.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience working on large, complex IT projects, particularly in Test Manager or Business Analyst roles.

Experience with formal testing processes, including test scripts, test plans, documentation, and governance frameworks.

Ability to follow structured testing processes and deliver outputs in line with agreed standards.

Strong general IT background across all roles; no specific system experience required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, supporting interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
