Summary
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and committed Salaried GP to join our friendly, well-established rural dispensing practice. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality clinical care through face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions Deliver continuity of care and build lasting relationships with patients Undertake home visits where appropriate Participate in duty GP sessions, including triage and management of urgent on-the-day demand Complete associated administrative work, including reviewing test results, processing prescriptions (including dispensing processes), and managing clinical correspondence Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records in line with professional standards Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, and administrative staff Contribute to clinical meetings, quality improvement activities, and practice development Support teaching, supervision, or mentoring where appropriate Fulfil safeguarding and other statutory responsibilities
