The post holder will participate in the maintenance and updating of the e-rostering and related bank/agency systems. The post holder will work under direction of more senior staff within the LTHT staff bank Office. The team support the recruitment process for substantive and bank only LTHT Staff Bank deploy nurses and midwives and other staff with scope of the service, on the e-rostering system, manage rota gaps, record resignations, swaps, absence and sickness and book Internal Bank and Agency staff as requested by CSU's.
