Hours: Full & Part Time
Hours: 25-40 Hours Per Week Including Weekends

We are looking for Team leaders to work in this fast paced and very customer focused Centre, across a variety of areas including Plants, Tills and Seasonal department. The successful candidates will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail.
The successful candidates should be physically fit as this is a very hands on role and some heavy lifting will be involved. Plant knowledge is a must for the Plant team leader role

Duties will include:
Supervising duties including key holder opening and closing store as required
Excellent customer service.
Organising team schedules and any staff issues.
Evaluating employee performance and providing training and guidance as needed.
Filling in for absent employees and assisting teams as needed to successfully complete projects.
Ensuring that employees follow company policies as well as health and safety regulations.
Ensuring a high and consistent standard of customer service.
Business compliance in accordance with Health and Safety and food safety laws and regulations.
