School Business Manager
£29,000- £31,000 | Full Time | Primary | 40 Hours per Week
8:00am – 4:00pm (30-minute break)

The Role
As School Business Manager and a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead on:
• Strategic budget and financial management
• HR and personnel oversight
• Administration and operational systems
• Premises and Health & Safety compliance
• Ensuring value for money and operational efficiency
This is a senior leadership role with real impact on whole-school performance.
We Are Looking For:
• Proven SBM or senior school operations experience
• Strong financial management expertise
• Relevant School Business Management qualification (Level 4/5/6 Diploma, CSBM, DSBM or equivalent)
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and compliance
• Candidates that hold the right to work in the UK
