We are seeking an Insight, Data, Reporting & Improvement Manager who will provide essential structure, coordination, and accuracy across the account.​

This role underpins the effective management of data, information, governance, strategy, systems and communication across multiple countries.

The successful candidate will ensure that core processes run smoothly, information is reliable, and teams are supported with timely, well-organised documentation and business intelligence.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who plays a central role in maintaining high-quality client delivery, internal alignment and the creation of contract and workplace strategy documents and presentations.​

This position supports governance requirements, account development planning and the overall management of account repositories, systems and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage data and reporting processes to meet governance and compliance requirements.

Coordinate account-wide communication and engagement activities.

Oversee the structure, maintenance and daily use of SharePoint and other key systems.

Maintain operational and site-level data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Produce workplace strategy documents, reports and professional presentations.

Manage contract documentation and support administration requirements across the account.

Ensure information, dashboards and documentation are consistent, up-to-date and well-organised across countries.

Support teams with tools, templates, procedures and clear information pathways.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented with strong ownership of accuracy.

Confident creating polished documents, reports and presentations.

Strong communication and administration capabilities.

Able to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and deadlines across different countries.

Skilled in digital tools, including SharePoint and collaboration platforms.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
