Summary

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in East Suffolk to assist with the appointment of a Resident Liaison Officer, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £14.32 - £19.40 per hour

Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and highly communicative Resident Liaison Officer to support the delivery of the Warm Homes Wave 3 (WH:W3) programme. This initiative aims to improve energy efficiency, tackle fuel poverty, and enhance the quality of housing for residents.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for tenants regarding the Warm Homes Wave 3 programme
Engage with residents through various communication methods to arrange access for surveys and improvement works
Clearly explain the aims, benefits, and processes of the programme to tenants
Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and stakeholders
Identify and resolve barriers preventing access to properties
Accompany retrofit assessors during property visits where required
Qualification:

Minimum GCSE English and Maths grade C or above.
Essentials:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of residents
Experience dealing with the public, including in challenging situations
Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to manage workload without close supervision
Please note:

You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
You should have right to work in U.K
This role requires an Enhanced DBS
