Summary
Regional Support Worker
Locations: Sale, Warrington & Leigh
Rate of Pay: £15 per hour + mileage
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable female Regional Support Worker who is passionate about making a genuine difference in people’s lives while working across a range of services and environments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, travelling between locations, and working with different individuals, while consistently delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support.
As a Regional Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support across multiple locations, including Sale, Warrington, and Leigh.You will work alongside a variety of teams to support both adults and children with complex clinical and support needs.
The role offers a great balance of flexibility and variety, combined with the security of a contracted position and a consistent rota.
Your Responsibilities
- Delivering person‑centred care across a range of services
- Supporting individuals in supported living and community settings
- Assisting with personal care, communication, medication, and daily living
- Supporting community access and social engagement
- Adapting confidently to new environments, routines, and teams
- Maintaining accurate records and safe, consistent standards of care
Experience & Skills Required
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A full UK driving licence and your own car (essential)
- Previous experience in Social Care is essential, along with the ability to adapt confidently to a variety of situations.
- Confidence and willingness to travel between services.
- A calm, adaptable approach, and the ability to learn new routines quickly.
- A reliable and flexible work ethic
- Availability to work a rota that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
