Summary

Support Worker:

Locations: Sale, Warrington & Leigh
Rate of Pay: £15 per hour + mileage

We are looking for a dedicated, adaptable, and compassionate Regional Support Worker to join our team and make a real difference across a range of services and settings.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, travel, and working with different people, while delivering consistently high‑quality, person‑centred support.

As a Regional Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support across multiple locations including Sale, Warrington, and Leigh. You will work alongside different teams and support both adults and children with complex clinical and support needs.

This role offers flexibility and variety, while maintaining the stability of a contracted position and consistent rota.

Your Responsibilities

  • Delivering person‑centred care across a range of services
  • Supporting individuals in supported living and community settings
  • Assisting with personal care, communication, medication, and daily living
  • Supporting community access and social engagement
  • Adapting confidently to new environments, routines, and teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and safe, consistent standards of care

Experience & Skills Required

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A full UK driving licence and your own car (essential)
  • Previous experience as a Support Worker, with the ability to adapt confidently in different situations.
  • Confidence and willingness to travel between services.
  • A calm, adaptable approach, and the ability to learn new routines quickly.
  • A reliable and flexible work ethic
  • Availability to work a rota that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
