Summary

Experienced Lettings Administrator

Location: Hammersmith, London
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per year
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, plus 2 Saturdays per month (10:00am – 3:00pm)

The Opportunity

A leading and fast-growing co-living property management company in London is looking for an Experienced Lettings Administrator to join their dynamic and supportive team.

You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day property operations, ensuring tenants receive excellent service while maintaining smooth administrative and compliance processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with the Head of Property Management, you will support a wide range of lettings and property administration duties, including:

• Managing tenant enquiries and processing tenancy applications
• Completing application forms and coordinating referencing and credit checks
• Maintaining accurate property and tenant records
• Supporting end-of-tenancy processes and arranging inspections
• Managing rent arrears processes and liaising with relevant parties
• Processing contractor invoices and assisting with property reports
• Delivering high levels of customer service and resolving tenant issues
• Mediating disputes and handling complaints professionally
• Supporting property compliance and ensuring standards are met
• Coordinating cleaning schedules and turnaround works

You are a proactive, resilient, and highly organised individual who thrives in a busy lettings environment. You enjoy working with people, solving problems quickly, and maintaining high standards even when under pressure.

You take pride in delivering excellent service and are confident communicating with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams.

Essentials

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in lettings or student accommodation administration
• Strong understanding of lettings processes and tenancy administration
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High level of organisation and ability to multitask effectively
• Strong customer service and problem-solving ability
• Confidence in handling challenging conversations and complaints
• Strong written communication and business writing skills
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

Desirables

• Experience within a co-living, Build to Rent, or PRS environment
• Familiarity with property management systems or CRM platforms
• Knowledge of lettings compliance and tenancy legislation
• Experience coordinating maintenance or contractor schedules
• Exposure to arrears management processes
