Summary
We are looking for someone who can Lead all finance operations, including management accounts, AP, bank recs and cash management Own and streamline month-end close, delivering accurate, timely, well-controlled reporting across entities Drive working capital performance: cashflow forecasting, , payments, stock and banking Produce insightful consolidated monthly accounts aligned to business needs Understand cost of sales and GP across the business, and identify areas of improvement Deliver profitability reporting (site, service, cost centres) to support senior leadership decision-making Partner with department heads on budgets and forecasts Provide clear P&L and cashflow insights, identifying and driving profit improvements Strengthen financial controls through robust processes and reconciliations Support senior finance leaders with ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects
