Summary
30 hours per week/39 weeks per year (this includes 2.5 hours a week lunchtime duty)
Salary: Grade 3 SCP 3-5 (£17,370-£17,921) (subject to term time adjustment). The salary stated will be subject to a term time only adjustment for the commencement of employment outside of the start date of 1st September.
This is a temporary appointment in the first instance, subject to review.
The Governing Body are seeking to appoint an excellent and highly dedicated Teaching Assistant to support our pupils across various primary age groups. The post will be for 30 hours per week, which will include 2.5 hours lunchtime duty.
We are looking for someone who is:-
- Experienced in working across the primary age groups.
- Committed and passionate about learning and teaching.
- A creative and inspirational thinker with lots of innovative ideas to share.
- An excellent team member with a positive attitude and a sense of humour.
- An effective motivator of children and their learning.
- Committed to developing children as independent learners and thinkers.
- Willing to contribute to whole school development.
- Confident to use their own initiative
The successful candidate must be qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
