About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team in the heart of Aviemore. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-quality hospitality environment surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Cairngorms.
Key Responsibilities
-Take ownership of a designated section of the kitchen
-Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
-Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
-Maintain high levels of food hygiene and safety in line with regulations
-Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
-Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff
What We’re Looking For
-Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up
-A passion for fresh, high-quality food and seasonal ingredients
-Ability to work well under pressure in a busy service
-Strong teamwork and communication skills
-Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
