What You'll Be Doing:
• Designing and implementing whole-school SEND strategy & policy
• Leading and mentoring a skilled inclusion/SEND team
• Managing SEND assessments, EHCP paperwork & targeted interventions
• Building close partnerships with families, outside agencies, and wider services
• Delivering transformative CPD and promoting staff SEND awareness
• Ensuring statutory compliance and driving continual SEND excellence

Ideal "SENDCO" for this City of London School:
• Current SENDCO or teacher with strong, recent SEND leadership experience
• UK-trained with QTS and exceptional, reference-checked impact
• In-depth understanding of SEND legislation, EHCP processes, and inclusive pedagogy
• Relentless drive, clarity in communication, solution-focus, and inspiring vision
• Evidence of whole-school influence and staff development/mentoring
