What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading, developing, and evaluating provision for students with SEND across the school
• Managing EHCPs, interventions, and statutory requirements to the highest standard

• Mentoring colleagues and upskilling classroom teachers in SEND best practice
• Championing an inclusive culture that raises aspirations and breaks down barriers
