Summary
The Holly Tree Hotel & Swimming Pool has twenty hotel bedrooms and fifteen self catering holiday properties and is situated beside the sea in Kentallen, near Glencoe. We are currently looking for someone to come and join our Front of house Team - a combination of waiting/bar and reception desk, mainly straight shifts.
Do you already have a background within the hospitality industry? It might be you already have experience either working in a bar, waiting on tables or working on a reception desk and are looking for a new challenge? Look no further!
We currently have a job opportunity within our Excellent front of house team that will involve waiting/bar work together with all aspects of working within our busy reception.
Who we are looking for:
- Flexible individual with an excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Be a great team player and take ownership and responsibility when required
- Have an excellent attention to detail
- Have great timekeeping skills
- Display passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment is helpful but not essential – attitude and reliability matter most
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and a smile!
- Welcome and look after our guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage guest enquiries and provide excellent guest services either in person, by phone or by email.
- Serve food and drinks in our bar and restaurant
- Handle multiple tasks effectively and remain calm under pressure
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to deliver outstanding service to all our guests to ensure they have the best experience possible
