Summary
Clinical Responsibilities Deliver safe, personcentred care in line with Trust policies and national guidelines. Perform phlebotomy and clinical tasks, adhering to infection prevention and control standards. Support implementation of care plans developed by registered clinicians. Identify and report safeguarding concerns in line with Trust policy. Communication & Education Communicate effectively and professionally with service users, carers, colleagues and external partners. Assist with planning and delivering HIV education to staff, students and community groups. Promote HIV awareness and help reduce stigma across internal and external settings. Service Delivery & Administration Maintain highquality electronic patient records. Undertake administrative duties essential to service functioning. Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions and service development forums. Audit, Research & Quality Support research and audit by collecting and analysing relevant data. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and implementation of research into practice. Uphold the Trusts values of safe, effective and patientcentred care. Professional & Organisational Standards Adhere to Trust policies, procedures and statutory requirements including data protection, confidentiality, safeguarding and health and safety. Engage in continuous professional development and relevant training opportunities. Use Trust digital systems confidently following training. Promote equitable care and uphold the Trusts commitment to diversity, inclusion and wellbeing.
