We are looking for a dedicated, attentive, and forward-thinking Safeguarding and Behaviour Officer to join our supportive and
collaborative team.




You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment, working closely with the Senior
Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure every child is ready to learn and will thrive both emotionally and socially.




Using a calm, empathetic, and restorative approach, you will lead on the day-to-day implementation of our Positive Behaviour
Policy. Whether you are providing 1:1 interventions for pupils struggling with emotional regulation or acting as a Designated
Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to support our most vulnerable children, you will be a visible, trusted presence throughout the school
day.

mission—ensuring every child, whatever their background, receives a high-quality education in an environment where they feel heard
and understood




The ideal Safeguarding and Behaviour Officer will be someone who is:

* A great communicator who develops positive relationships with young children, parents, and external agencies

* Understanding of the educational, welfare and social needs of the children whom we are

supporting

* Highly empathetic yet able to maintain professional boundaries and remain calm under pressure.

* Knowledgeable and proactive, with a strong understanding of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).

* Solution-driven and able to analyse behavior data to implement targeted support plans.

* Enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team

* Able to contribute to the wider life of the trust

* Resilient with a commitment to promoting student voice and mental health.

* Committed to raise the achievement of all students of all abilities
