The Healthcare Hub is seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join a high‑quality care service in Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior Nurse or leader ready to progress, or a current Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Registered Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the service
Lead, supervise and support care teams to deliver outstanding care
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
Support with care planning, auditing and quality assurance
Promote a positive, safe and person‑centred environment
Act as a role model for staff and contribute to continuous service improvement
Requirements
NMC PIN Essential
Strong understanding of CQC regulations
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents and families
A passion for delivering high‑quality care
