Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of health care professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
Monitor team performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure compliance with health care standards.
Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.
Address patient and family concerns and facilitate resolutions in a timely manner.
Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Nursing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in a management or leadership role within the health care sector.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflict in a professional manner.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with health care trends.
