What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering tailored academic mentoring in Humanities subjects
• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups to accelerate progress
• Collaborating with experienced teachers to design intervention strategies
• Analysing data to identify students most in need of targeted support
• Running enrichment activities and study skills workshops
• Building confidence, critical thinking and curiosity in every learner
