- Maintain Quality Management Systems and regularly review and update the risk register.
- Carry out internal reviews to ensure controls are operating effectively and risks are appropriately managed.
- Prepare for and support internal and external audits, including ISO standards, risk management, customer service excellence, data protection and Serco Group audits.
- Complete follow‑up actions from audits and compliance reviews within agreed timescales, producing reports and presentations as required.

- Lead compliance for learning and development, including mandatory training, Serco Essentials and local contract curriculum requirements.
- Ensure training records are maintained and updated within the Learning Management System in a safe and cost‑effective way.
- Support employee relations compliance, working with HR where required to ensure adherence to policies and operating models.
- Lead activity around the annual employee engagement survey, supporting action plans and engagement initiatives.
- Track compliance related to absence management, welfare and annual leave, ensuring alignment with working time regulations and wellbeing priorities.
- Embed diversity and inclusion into compliance, training and culture, supporting awareness and understanding across teams.
- Work collaboratively across the contract and within the team, covering mandatory tasks when needed to ensure continuity of service delivery.
