Join Us for a Busy and Rewarding Enrolment Season

NCG is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to support our teams at Lewisham College and Southwark College during our peak enrolment period. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, people-focused environment at a crucial time in the academic year.

About the Role

This is a varied role where you will support a wide range of activities to ensure a smooth and welcoming enrolment experience for all applicants and visitors.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Providing administrative support during enrolment
  • Processing data, completing assessments and assisting with enrolment systems
  • Helping applicants navigate enrolment and assessment processes
  • Delivering front-of-house services, including reception duties
  • Handling telephone, email and written communications
  • Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including applicants, enquirers, students and visitors
  • Supporting events and marketing activities across both our Southwark and Lewisham campuses

What You'll Be Supporting:

You'll be helping prospective students enrol onto a wide range of programmes, including:

  • Vocational and technical courses
  • T Levels
  • ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages)
  • Employability programmes
  • SEN (Special Educational Needs) provision

Your role will directly contribute to enabling learners to access education and achieve their goals.
