The Role
We have a wonderful new opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Business Improvement Team at Eastlight as a Project Manager on a full-time, permanent basis!
In this role, you will lead and support the successful delivery of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with Eastlight’s strategic objectives. Working closely with internal stakeholders, sponsors and project leads, you will define scopes and requirements, coordinate delivery activities and ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver intended benefits.
Acting as a key link between business and technology teams, you will plan and prioritise project activity, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain clear, accurate project documentation using appropriate tools such as Microsoft 365. You will work within an established project management framework, promote best practice and support a culture of effective change and continuous improvement across the organisation.
To be successful, you will have relevant degree‑level qualification or equivalent experience, a strong background in project delivery, with the confidence to apply recognised project management principles and methodologies in a practical, real‑world setting. This includes planning and managing project lifecycles, controlling risks and dependencies, and adapting approaches to suit different types of work and organisational needs. Experience within a housing environment is essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
