Summary
We are excited to offer the opportunity for a practice nurse to join our friendly and supportive team at Sunnybank Health Centre. The successful applicant will be responsible for the delivery of evidence-based nursing services, working as part of the practice multi-disciplinary team and delivering care within their scope of practice to the patients of the practice. You will deliver treatment room clinics and provide health screening, assessments, health education and advice to patients of the practice as well as wound management, cytology examinations, contraception clinics, baby immunisation clinics, travel vaccinations and adult immunisation clinics. The post-holder will be an integral part of the general practice team, you will be working with a supportive, flexible and forward-thinking practice team who are passionate in providing a proactive approach to patient care within the general practice environment. Ideally you will have experience of general practice nursing however we are open to providing training to the right candidate. There will be opportunities for development within the role at the practice should this be of interest to the successful applicant.
