Working hours: 35 hours per week (Flexible working arrangements)Interview Date: To be confirmedWe are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Systems Lead to support the introduction of a Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) system across The Salvation Army within the United Kingdom and Ireland Territory. Overall Purpose of the Role:Reporting to the Director of Audit, Risk and Compliance you will act as the vital link between users, vendors and our IT department to help make this project a success. You’ll be able to influence the system set up and design to ensure it meets evolving user requirements and will continue to track and resolve user’s issues within agreed service level targets. To support new adopters, you will play a leading role in the provision of system user guidance and training. Key goals of the project include improvement in compliance information and effectiveness of risk management, whilst reducing the compliance burden. A key element within this role will be reporting on system adoption and progress against these project goals to senior management, end users, and other key stakeholders. This is a permanent contract with flexible working arrangements in which 60% of your working time maybe home based with at least 40% being spent each month at your closest Salvation Army site.
