What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading the development and implementation of the SEN strategy across school
• Coordinating high-impact interventions, EHCP reviews, and targeted support
• Coaching and building capacity across staff team to develop SEND practice
• Liaising with parents, agencies, and external professionals to ensure outstanding provision
• Monitoring outcomes, tracking progress, and reporting to SLT and Governors

Ideal SENDCO for this Havering School:
• UK-trained with QTS and National Award for SEND Coordination (NASENCO), or working towards
• Demonstrable track record of impact in a similar SEND/inclusion leadership role
• Inspiring communicator and advocate for students with diverse needs
