Successful candidates will be allocated to a ward area based on service need and individual preferences discussed at interview.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will:
• Deliver high-quality, safe, and compassionate care to patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with best practice
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring dignity, respect, and person-centred care
• Support and supervise Healthcare Support Workers and student nurses
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement, audit, and service development initiatives
• Contribute to maintaining a positive learning and working environment
You will be:
• A Registered Nurse with a validNMC registration
• Compassionate, motivated, and committed to delivering high standards of care
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Able to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Committed to your own professional development
