Summary

Job Title: Support Worker (Fife Support Service)
No Personal Care or Medication Administration duties

Location: Based at West Bridge Mill, Kirkcaldy, covering the Fife area. The role involves travel and lone working in the community. Business travel expenses are paid.

Hours:

Full Time: 37.5 hours (Mon–Fri 9–5, plus weekend rotation 1 in 5 or 6)
Part Time: Hours/pattern to be agreed

About LinkLiving
We are a Scottish health and wellbeing charity supporting people affected by trauma, mental health challenges, poverty and inequality to build better lives. Our services include personal development programmes, self-help coaching, supported accommodation, housing support, befriending and more.

The Service
Provides tailored, long-term visiting support to people across Fife with complex needs, funded through social work contracts.

The Role
You will deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support, building positive relationships and helping individuals manage challenges and move towards independent living. This includes emotional, practical and social support, advocacy, and working with partner agencies where appropriate.

Note: Personal care and medication administration are not required.

A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car are essential.
