As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—providing clear, confident and compassionate support across inbound and outbound interactions. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring every experience reflects our values and commitment to quality.
What Will I Be Doing?
You’ll be responsible for delivering a high-quality, right‑first‑time service to every customer you interact with.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take personal ownership of each customer interaction with warmth, empathy and efficiency.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls confidently and professionally.
- Understand the customer’s situation and follow instructions and training to deliver the correct outcome.
- Document all contact information accurately, following standard operating procedures.
- Support team and operational goals including KPIs and SLAs.
- Adhere to company policies, processes and values at all times.
- Take personal responsibility for your own health and safety at work.
Where and When Will I Work?
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Poole office.
You'll work Monday–Friday, on scheduled shifts within standard business hours.

About You
You’ll be someone who genuinely cares about delivering great service and doing things properly.
We’re looking for:
- Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English & Maths.
- At least 1 year’s experience in a customer service or contact centre environment (desirable).
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- A friendly, professional approach to customer interactions.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, email, internet).
- Reliability, adaptability and the ability to self‑motivate.
