Job Title: Rapid Care Respondor
Shifts: Rotational day and night shifts supporting urgent and emergency care needs
Pay: £18-£21 per hour

We are recruiting dedicated Rapid Response Care Assistants to support individuals with complex health needs in their own homes. This may include tracheostomy care, ventilation, PEG feeding, suctioning, and other advanced clinical tasks - full training provided.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys variety, and can respond calmly and effectively during urgent situations. You will travel to different clients as required, ensuring safe, high‑quality care during times of increased need or crisis.

We're seeking compassionate, committed individuals who can provide calm and reliable support during periods of urgent or complex care. This role requires someone who can adapt quickly, remain focused under pressure, and consistently deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support.
Ideally, you will have:
- A minimum of 6 months UK care experience (complex care preferred but not essential)
- A willingness to learn advanced clinical competencies such as tracheostomy, ventilation, and PEG care
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential due to travel)
- Resilience, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm and solution‑focused during challenging situations
- Confidence working within structured routines and clinical care plans
- Reliability, compassion, and a genuine dedication to making a positive impact
