Summary
Looking for Personal Assistant Support Workers!!
Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire (HX1)
Hourly Rate: from £13 an hour
A deaf, disabled lady in her 30s, living independently, looking for female support
workers to join her team.
Hours and Shifts:
Alternating weekends, working 24-hour shifts - Must be available for both:
Sat-Sun and Sun-Mon shifts. (Approx 2 x 24-hour shifts a month)
Additional hours as part of a swimming support rota
Opportunities for extra hours - bank work, staff holiday/sickness cover, trips, events, and holidays, subject to availability
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Supporting with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and shopping,
supporting at gigs, community activities, and social events
Essential Criteria:
Full UK Driving License Essential (Use of the employer’s automatic vehicle)
Must be a dog/animal lover
The ability to provide sleepover support is essential
Flexible with responsibilities and hours
Willingness to learn BSL
