BECOME A KEY PART OF THE AIRPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AT EXETER AIRPORT

Are you energetic, approachable, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced airport environment?
Exeter Airport is looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our vibrant Customer Service Team on a fixed‑term
basis.

Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to licensing laws and must have reliable access to transport for early shifts starting from
2:30am.


ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Airport Customer Service Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for passengers
and visitors. Your duties will include:

* Greeting and assisting airport passengers, helping to create a friendly and supportive atmosphere
* Responding to customer queries and providing information on flight times, airport facilities and local amenities
* Demonstrating strong knowledge of airport services and confidently signposting customers
* Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including restocking information points and checking signage
* Following strict health, safety and security procedures (full training provided)
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and supporting other airport teams when required






SHIFT INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS

* Fixed term contract from April to October
* 40 hours per week
* Shifts may start as early as 2:30am, with flexibility required for early, late and occasional overnight working to meet airport
demand
* Reliable transport is essential for early starts and late finishes

* Ability to stay calm and friendly in a busy, fast‑moving setting
