LED Community Leisure Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic Coastline & Cove Team Leader to lead and inspire teams across Coastline
Café and Cove Pod at Exeter Airport. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll play a key part in creating welcoming, memorable
experiences for travellers, airport colleagues and guests every day.


ABOUT LED COMMUNITY LEISURE LTD

LED is a charitable trust dedicated to improving health, wellbeing and community experiences. Our airport hospitality outlets
provide high‑quality food and drink in a friendly, welcoming environment, often at pace, and always with great customer service at
heart.

Please note: early morning shifts are part of this role, so reliable transport is essential.


THE ROLE

As Coastline & Cove Team Leader, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day operation of both units, supporting your team on shift, coordinating
rotas, and maintaining excellent standards throughout service.

You’ll lead by example, creating a positive and inclusive culture where colleagues feel supported and motivated, while ensuring
customers receive a consistently great experience.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

* Leading daily operations across Coastline Café and Cove Pod
* Supporting, coaching and motivating your team to deliver excellent service
* Creating a welcoming, inclusive and supportive team environment
* Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, health and safety
* Helping manage rotas and staffing to ensure smooth operations
* Bringing forward ideas to improve service and enhance the customer experience
