Behaviour Support Assistant - Full Time
Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester BL1
Pay: £90-£105 per day
Contract: Full time, long-term
A specialist behaviour provision in Bolton is seeking a full-time Behaviour Support Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.
This role is suited to individuals who are confident working in structured environments and can support pupils who require consistency and clear boundaries.
The Role Will Include:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Managing behaviour and de-escalating situations
- Supporting pupils to engage with learning and routines
- Acting as a positive role model
- Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEMH or behaviour settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- A proactive and resilient approach
- Full-time availability
This role would suit candidates with backgrounds in youth work, care or alternative provision.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
