Summary
The Capita Public Services Growth team is seeking a Growth Operations Analyst to join the team and play a proactive role in improving how the Growth function uses Capita's CRM platform.
The role will focus on driving high data quality, insightful reporting, effective pipeline management, and continuous improvement across Salesforce usage. What you'll be doing
• Monitoring data hygiene and correct use of Salesforce
• Creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards within Capita's CRM system
• Reporting and analysis using Excel & BI
• Provision of training and support to improve Salesforce use and accuracy
• Build and maintain good relationships with sales leaders
• Regular communication with salespeople throughout the division
• Challenge and seek to improve existing processes and methodologies
• Manage your own workload and ensure that deadlines are met, with excellent output
• Maintain the licence details for users of key systems
• Fulfilment of ad hoc requests for support
What we're looking for
• A high level of competence in Excel (vlookups, sumifs, pivots, etc.)
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Experience of using Salesforce would be useful; the willingness to learn is essential
• Report and dashboard creation within a CRM
• Experience of data visualisation / report creation using any reporting software
• Experience of working in sales operations or with a sales team
