Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen within the continuously growing Respiratory, Sleep and NIV physiology team at Nottingham University Hospitals (NUH) NHS Trust for a Respiratory and Sleep physiologist.

Are you a recent graduate of the BSc Healthcare Science Degree (respiratory and sleep option) looking for a permanent post to further develop your role - then this post is definitely worth applying for.

The post holder will mainly work at City campus but cross town working at QMC campus is also part of the job plan to ensure experience is gain in all respiratory and sleep physiological measurements performed at NUH. There is also a program of CPD to support you in having the pre-requisite requirements for higher banded roles in the future.

Performing;

Basic and more complex respiratory physiology investigations.

Sleep study reporting and presentation of cases for the weekly sleep MDT

CPAP initiation, follow ups and yearly reviews.

Administrative duties pertaining to your roles above.

Clinical supervision and training of junior staff
