Summary

We're looking for an Engineering Supervisor who will lead and deliver a world‑class engineering service across all contract sites.
Role Responsibilities:
-Lead and deliver a world-class engineering service across all contract sites.
-Develop engineering standards using industry best practice and professional engineering principles.
-Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team and produce technical reports where required.
-Ensure reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities are delivered in line with SLAs and KPIs, coordinating quoted and project works.
-Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company policies, safe systems of work, statutory maintenance, and subcontractor performance.
Required Qualifications:Applicants must meet the below-defined requirements for the role.
-Strong technical knowledge across Building Services systems and plant.
-Demonstrable knowledge of QHSE systems and safe systems of work.
-Experience in Hard FM service delivery and in supervising engineers and subcontractors.
-Strong organisational, planning, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
-Competent IT skills with experience using CAFMs or PDA systems desirable.
