HMCTS Contact Centre Agent – Part Time (Weekdays)
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £9,818.18 per annum + bonus (pro rata, based on £27,000 FTE)
Hours: 14 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, part time

The Role
We are recruiting a part-time HMCTS Agent to join our contact centre team.
You will support customers by handling inbound and outbound calls, providing guidance around unpaid court fines, and helping to agree fair and realistic payment solutions. The role requires empathy, clear communication, and confidence in handling sometimes challenging conversations.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Shift Pattern
This role is worked on fixed weekdays:
Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm (7 hours)
Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm (7 hours)
Applicants must be able to commit to both days each week.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working to targets. Customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
