About Advantis
Advantis is a leading debt collection agency based in the iconic Minton Hollins Grade II listed building in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent. We work with a range of large UK clients, including His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS). We are proud to have over 250 colleagues across the business and have been officially certified as a Great Place to Work for the past three years.
The Role
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our contact centre as HMCTS Agents.
Acting on behalf of His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and professional guidance to customers regarding unpaid court fines. This will include supporting customers to make payments, setting up tailored payment plans, and resolving more complex enquiries.
You will need to be comfortable handling sensitive conversations while maintaining a fair, calm and solution-focused approach at all times.
Full induction training and ongoing coaching will be provided.
Shift Pattern
This role operates on a rotational weekday shift pattern:
Week 1: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (plus 1 additional hour on Monday or Friday)
Week 2: Monday to Friday, 11:30am – 8:00pm (plus 1 additional hour on Monday or Friday)
What We’re Looking For
You will have strong communication and listening skills, a positive and resilient attitude, and the ability to balance empathy with confidence. Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
What We Offer
Alongside your salary and bonus scheme, you’ll receive up to 35 days’ holiday (including bank holidays), pension scheme, life insurance, employee assistance programme, gym membership contribution, enhanced family leave policies, free onsite parking, casual dress, and a supportive working environment.
