About the role

We’re looking for a Quality Manager to join our dedicated Quality Assurance team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping high-quality, person-centred care across services—ensuring every individual we support can live a full and connected life.

You won’t just monitor quality—you will influence it. Acting as a critical friend to operational teams, you will challenge, support, and inspire continuous improvement whilst helping embed a culture of excellence, learning, and accountability.

This role requires National travel to be able to visit all of our services.

Key Responsibilities
This is a varied and impactful role where no two days are the same. You will:

Lead quality oversight across a portfolio of services
Carry out planned and unannounced inspections to ensure compliance and excellence
Analyse incident data and audits to identify trends and drive improvement
Provide expert advice, coaching, and support to managers and teams
Deliver specialist training, including communication, dysphagia awareness, and positive behaviour support
Support the development of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans
Ensure services remain inspection-ready at all times
Contribute to policy development, reviews, and reporting
Promote a culture of continuous learning and best practice.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who combines strong technical knowledge with a collaborative, people-focused approach.

You will bring:

Experience in quality assurance, audit, or compliance within a regulated environment
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g. CQC, RQIA, CIW, Ofsted)
A track record of driving improvement in social care or similar settings
Experience designing and delivering training or coaching programmes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
A genuine commitment to inclusion, diversity, and person-centred care
Maybo accreditation (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable.
