We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, presenting technical solutions, and driving sales growth within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, alongside a solid understanding of IT and cloud services such as AWS and Azure. Key Responsibilities
Drive new business and bookings by creating end-user demand and expanding market share within the assigned territory
Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with partners and internal teams
Promote products and solutions through relationship building, training, and customer engagement
Act as a local expert on products, solutions, and applications
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end users
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and customer training sessions
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a strong sales pipeline
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business growth initiatives
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Requirements
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets within a territory
Strong ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
Excellent relationship-building and customer management skills
Ability to balance short-term sales targets with long-term strategic growth
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly
Experience delivering product demonstrations and presentations
Strong organisational and pipeline management skills
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in technical solutions, networking, or industrial tools
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical discipline, or equivalent experience
Experience using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders (internal and external)
