Boston Borough Council is looking for a dynamic and driven Place Development Officer to play a key role in revitalising our town centres, strengthening our visitor economy, and supporting the long-term regeneration of our communities.



This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of place-making, working across sectors to deliver real, visible change.



Working within the Place team, you will:

Lead and support initiatives that rejuvenate town centres and high streets
Work directly with businesses, community groups and partners to shape vibrant, resilient places
Develop and deliver creative regeneration projects and schemes
Support the growth of Boston’s visitor economy, cultural offer and events programme
You will play a central role in ensuring our town centres remain vital, viable and valued.


We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in place management, regeneration or economic development
Skilled at working collaboratively with partners, stakeholders and communities
Confident managing and delivering projects.
