Summary
Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved car dealership in Newport, is actively seeking a highly experienced Business Manager to join their established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled automotive sales professional to lead, develop, and motivate a team while driving business growth in a dynamic environment. The Business Manager position offers a strong basic salary, uncapped earning potential, and excellent career development prospects.

Your duties will include:
- Leading, coaching, and supporting a dedicated team of Sales Executives to achieve and surpass sales targets
- Driving high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and adherence to best practices
- Developing and executing effective sales campaigns and events that generate strong commercial results
- Monitoring market trends and customer needs to formulate targeted sales strategies
- Collaborating with departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data management
- Leading by example and embodying the dealership’s brand standards as a Business Manager
- Maintaining compliance with company policies while maintaining a high standard of customer relations
Requirements:
- Proven sales management experience within a franchise-approved dealership, preferably with exposure to busy automotive brands
- Experience leading and motivating teams within small to medium-sized dealerships in the role of Business Manager or similar
- Strong background in Financial & Insurance Sales (F&I) will be highly advantageous
- Recent or current experience in a sales management position as a Business Manager
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills
- A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Availability to work five days a week, Monday to Saturday, including occasional Thursday late shifts on a 1 in 6/7 rota
