Vehicle Technician Required, in Newcastle
We are recruiting for a Vehicle Technician position on behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable franchise Dealership in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled automotive professionals seeking to advance their careers within a stable and growing organisation. The Vehicle Technician position offers a competitive salary package, modern working conditions, and opportunities for ongoing technical development.
Benefits:
- Basic salary up to approximately £32,000, depending on experience
- OTE of up to approximately £40,600 per annum
- Monday to Friday working week with only one Saturday morning per month

Duties:
- Conduct general repairs and servicing to ensure vehicles meet safety and environmental standards
- Diagnose and repair vehicle faults accurately and efficiently
- Provide clear reports and communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and maintenance needs
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- As a Vehicle Technician, you will stay current with industry developments through ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Automotive Technician, i.e., Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
- Experience in a dealership environment is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiasm for vehicle maintenance and a commitment to quality work
