Duties:
- Conduct accurate diagnostic checks using advanced equipment, as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician
- Repair and service vehicles according to manufacturer standards
- Inspect vehicles for general wear, tear, and faults
- Complete all work in compliance with DVSA standards
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high standard of workshop safety and professionalism
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Repair and Maintenance
- Franchise certified diagnostic qualification
- Previous experience working in a main dealer or independent garage, ideally as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician
- Full UK driving licence
- Own set of essential tools
- Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
