Account Manager – South East England - £50,000 + Company Car + Bonus + Benefits
The Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing sales team in a strategic, relationship-focused role. You’ll play a key part in driving business growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and contributing to long-term commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers and partners within your territory
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans aligned with business growth objectives
- Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and business models to support long-term planning
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and added value
- Identify and develop opportunities for mutual growth across relevant sectors
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
- Manage customer accounts to achieve targets across growth, profitability, and engagement
- Promote adoption of digital tools and services
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and market insights
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems

The Candidate:
- Proven experience in a B2B account management or similar role
- Background or familiarity with the agricultural industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
- Commercial awareness with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to maintain a long-term strategic focus
- Comfortable using digital tools and adapting to new technologies
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
The Package:
- £50,000 basic salary (up to 60K with bonuses) plus company car
- Performance related bonus
