The Opportunity:
This is an outstanding opportunity for a clinical academic in psychiatry to contribute to our world-leading programmes of research and clinical innovation. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to develop and lead an interdisciplinary programme of psychosis research, embedded within the new Institute of Neuroscience and Cardiovascular Medicine (www.edin.ac/incr) and working alongside the UKRI Hub for Metabolic Psychiatry and the UKRI Mental Health Platform.
The appointment will be either at the level of Clinical Senior Lecturer (CSL) or Reader or Chair, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also drive new collaborations with existing areas of strength in Edinburgh, particularly in the areas of Data Science, Cardiovascular Medicine, Diabetes, Discovery Neuroscience and Clinical Trials.
This post is full-time (40 hours per week); however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns.
