Summary
Working as part of the Practice Learning Team, you will be part of a team supporting the next generation of nurses and preceptees, who offer robust practice learning opportunities to around 600 students Trustwide.
The Practice Learning Team consists of the Preceptorship and Practice Development Lead , Practice Learning Leads, Practice Education Facilitators, Practice Learning Co-ordinators and Practice Learning support.
Please note that this post does not meet the pay or skill level required for a Skilled worker visa.
Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the
bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum
salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. In these
circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker/Health & Care visa.

We offer a flexible working policy which incorporates working across Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS trust sites, and home working. You will have a base at Duncan Macmillan House or Rampton Hospital.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and resilient high-performing individual to join our Practice Learning team, with an understanding of the drivers behind this opportunity.
You must be a Registered Nurse with a teaching/mentorship qualification or equivalent experience and have evidence of supporting learners in a clinical setting. You must have experience of teaching and assessing clinical skills and competencies within the clinical environment.
